Service Description
Package Includes: 8’x10’ Play Space Medium Climber Six Stacking Blocks Ball Pit Two Animal Hoppers Slide Four Hours of Play PLEASE NOTE: Booking is a request only. Once approved, you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your date is not secured until the deposit is paid. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of approval to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before your event.
Cancellation Policy
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Balance: Remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event. Late payment may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable. 14+ Days Notice: One-time reschedule allowed within 6 months. 7–13 Days Notice: Deposit is forfeited, but one-time reschedule is allowed. < 7 Days Notice: Deposit is forfeited; rescheduling is not guaranteed. < 48 Hours Notice: Full payment is required. Limit: Only one reschedule per booking (must be in writing). WEATHER & SAFETY The Company has sole discretion over setup safety. Indoor backup locations are strongly advised. General Thresholds: No outdoor setup if the National Weather Service predicts: Rain (15%+), Wind (15mph+), or Heat (90°F+). Summer (June 1–Aug 31): Fully shaded setup is mandatory. Failure to provide shade results in cancellation without refund. Winter (Oct 1–March 31): * No outdoor setup if temperatures are below 40°F. Travel: We may cancel/reschedule for Winter Storm/Blizzard warnings or unsafe roads. Snow/Ice: Pathways and setup areas must be cleared and salted. Hazardous access results in cancellation without refund. Finality: Policies apply based on the forecast at the time of delivery. All payments are non-refundable for weather-related changes. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We reserve the right to cancel setup without refund if conditions are unsafe (e.g., uneven ground, pet waste, or lack of supervision). GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
