Cancellation & Rescheduling
Because Sometimes Plans Need A Little Adjusting
We know life with little ones can be unpredictable, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible when we can. To keep things running smoothly for all of our families, please review our policy below:

All deposits are non-refundable

Cancellations made 14+ days in advance may reschedule once within 6 months (based on availability)

Cancellations made 7–13 days before your event will forfeit the deposit but may still reschedule once within 6 months

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will forfeit the deposit, and rescheduling is not guaranteed

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your event are non-refundable, and full payment will still be required.
Each booking includes one complimentary reschedule, requested in writing and subject to availability
When The Weather Has Other Plans
To help ensure a seamless and stress-free celebration, we kindly recommend securing an indoor backup location for your event. Our team carefully monitors weather conditions and retains sole discretion in determining whether it is safe to proceed with installation. When necessary, we may adjust setup plans, delay delivery, move your event indoors, or decline outdoor installation to protect both our equipment and your guests.
Summer Sun & Shade Requirements (June 1 – August 31)
For outdoor events during the warmer months, a fully shaded setup area is required. Our soft play equipment is crafted from high-quality vegan leather, which can become very hot in direct sunlight. If adequate shade is not provided, we may be unable to complete setup, and the reservation will be canceled without refund.
Winter Weather & Cold Temperature Guidelines (October 1 – March 31)
During the winter season, a few additional precautions help keep everyone safe:

Travel Safety: If a Winter Storm Warning or Blizzard Warning is issued by the National Weather Service, or if road conditions are unsafe, we may need to reschedule or cancel your event.

Clear Pathways: All walkways, driveways, and setup areas must be fully cleared of snow and treated for ice prior to arrival. If conditions are unsafe for our team or equipment, setup will be canceled.

Temperature Limits: Outdoor setups are not permitted when temperatures are expected to fall below 40°F, as colder weather can impact the safety and integrity of our materials.
Wind, Rain & Heat Guidelines
For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, we are unable to proceed with outdoor setups if the forecast at the time of delivery includes:

Rain: 15% chance or higher

Wind: Sustained winds or gusts over 15 mph

Heat: Temperatures of 90°F or higher
Please note that decisions are based on the forecast at the scheduled delivery time, not solely on conditions at arrival.
Weather-Related Changes
While we always do our best to accommodate adjustments, all payments are non-refundable in the event of weather-related cancellations, delays, or modifications.
